We offer a 14 day return policy with no restocking fees. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at bark@outbackhound.com and our team will be happy to assist you. 

Please note: customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and items must be unused, and in their original condition. 

Defective items/ damaged items: returns for defective/ damaged items are covered by us. Please send us an email at bark@outbackhound.com. 

Exchange Policy

Providing the best products for you and your pup is our priority. If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within 5 days of receiving your order.
