Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our gear with a Lifetime Warranty for products used as intended. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures resulting from those defects.

Please review the conditions below before submitting a warranty claim.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Product failures caused by manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by chewing, accidents, improper care, improper cleaning, improper storage, or product modifications
• Damage resulting from misuse or unsupervised use
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Use outside of intended purposes. All products are designed specifically for dog walking and supervised use only.
• Tie-out use. Our products are not designed or intended for tie-out purposes, and any resulting damage is not covered.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or aftermarket sources, including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other private sellers
• Improper fit. Every pup is different, so if your gear doesn’t fit properly, please initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition.
