Refund Policy
Refunds will be given to customers with faulty/ defective products. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
No refunds or exchanges given for sale items. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they include manufacturing defects or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 10 days of delivery at bark@outbackhound.com with a photo of the damaged/ defective item.
Return Policy
Not happy with your product? We'd love to make it right. We offer a 14 day return policy with no restocking fees. Just pay for shipping the product back to us. Contact us at bark@outbackhound.com for return information.
