Refunds will be given to customers with faulty/ defective products. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

No refunds or exchanges given for sale items. All sales are final.
We only exchange items if they include manufacturing defects or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 10 days of delivery at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged/ defective item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
Your information is yours and we have great respect for it. The data we do collect is handled securely with your right to privacy in mind. We use your information internally to give you the best experience we can. If we have to, we share as little information as necessary when using outside service providers to help run our sales platform. We won't sell your information to advertisers or any other third parties as we hate spam just as much as you!
