We want you and your pup to love your Outback Hound gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition they were received — clean and free of dog hair, dirt, or other signs of wear.

We recommend trying new items on your dog carefully and indoors to ensure the best fit in case a return is needed.

Outback Hound reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any costs associated with rejected returns.

30-Day Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Fee

A $6.00 return fee applies to cover return shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Bark@outbackhound.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return is inspected and accepted. The $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges effective May 23, 2026.
