We want you and your pup to love your Outback Hound gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.

Return Fee

A $6.00 return fee applies to cover return shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Bark@outbackhound.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer FREE exchanges. Just let us know what you need in your email.
