Limited Warranty

Our products are made dependable with new, quality materials that will withstand long term use (with proper care). Because we guarantee our products, Outback Hound leashes and collars come with a 6 month warranty. We guarantee our dog leashes and collars against manufacturing defects and construction when properly used and maintained. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, damage or breakage due to improper use, dogs chewing on the product, improper maintenance, accidents, loss or theft. Any product we determine to be defective due to manufacturing will be replaced. To receive a warranty replacement, please email bark@outbackhound.com with photos of the defect, further instructions will be given shortly thereafter. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.
