My daughter had bought 2 of your collars before and I loved the design and color and the quality of the collars. That was years ago. We decided to buy new colors for our 5 dogs and had no doubt who we were going to order from. You have an amazing and durable product that lasts years. Their old colors we are keeping for backups. As mentioned in the title: I love this collar!
This collar is so well made!! The metal buckle is super sturdy and the material is thick and durable! The print is perfect and exactly as described. The customer service is also top notch as well! I ordered 2 orders because I forgot to add my second collar before paying and I just chalked the shipping charge because I didn't want to fool with it. The next day I received a message letting me know they are going to ship them together and they refunded me the shipping!
