My daughter had bought 2 of your collars before and I loved the design and color and the quality of the collars. That was years ago. We decided to buy new colors for our 5 dogs and had no doubt who we were going to order from. You have an amazing and durable product that lasts years. Their old colors we are keeping for backups. Thanks again.
The below is my original review, I am happy to say they quickly responded when I posted the review, turns out their contact form didn’t work. They offered to replace the collar with anyone I wanted. They think the plastic buckle may have been defective. I chose to order a collar with the metal buckle. I received it today, it’s very well made and the metal buckle latched well and appears very strong. I give the new collar 5 stars. The original one probably would have been good also if the buckle wasn’t defective. Great customer service!
Purchased the Agave 1.5” medium collar. Our dog snapped the plastic buckle in 2 1/2 weeks. Contacted the company through their website about the problem 1 1/2 weeks ago, no response.
